Delivery Charges and Details

When you make a purchase from us your goods will be sent out same or next day by Royal Mail or DHL courior.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery time but someone must be available to sign for larger goods we can supply tracking details if required. Please also ensure that you let us have a contact telephone number when filling out your on-screen details.

Orders received after 9am (unless special requested otherwise) will be on dispatched the next day. Delivery charges applies to UK mainland addresses only (not including Scottish Highlands & Islands).


Method of payment

We take secure credit card payments through Paypal. Google Checkout .Credit Cards, BACS or over the phone Credit/Debit Card, and will accept postal cheque.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with any item purchased from us but we offer a no-quibble return guarantee. If you are not delighted with any item, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery as long as it remains in it's original condition and packaging.
We will be happy to refund the price of the item less postage or, if you would prefer, we can replace the item. Please advise us by email if you intend to return any goods.

Damaged Goods

Any goods received damaged must be reported to us by e mail within 3 days of receipt.
